As investigation deepens in the alleged corruption rocking the
judiciary, judges in the centre of the probe would be summoned by the
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
A source close to the investigation revealed that the leadership of the commission had given the team of investigators in charge of the probe the go-ahead to issue summons for questioning on the indicted judges before the end of the next week.

Two chief judges, each from the northern and southern parts of the country, are to be summoned alongside three other senior judges, one of who presides over a court in the North-Central geo-political zone.
Indications also emerged on Thursday that a female justice of a senior court (name withheld) is also being fingered in the fat-bank account saga.
